We're sorry the room was not up to your expectations, Thomas. Our local team checked the unit right after you reached us as we take any report very seriously. It turned out the room was spotlessly clean and there was no smell either in the unit or the building. Also, the listing advertises No parking for this property. Again, not sure what your expectations were but we do our best to provide our guests with clean and comfortable rooms for a most enjoyable stay.
