Environment wasn’t safe , my door was opened for the outside at 8am in the morning , it wasn’t my check out time yet and I’m the only one who had the key to my room that was unacceptable and dangerous

They have a poor service, if u need towel they don't haven't , floor around ac is wet and smell just the humid on the room. Bathroom door don't close, blank on the shower to short and floor get wet.

We were on the second floor. The ice maker machine was broken on the first second floor. There was no ice bucket in the room. The coffee maker did not work at breakfast. There was no meat no grits only hard biscuits, cream gravy and hard scrambled eggs.

Floors were extremely dirty. An hour after taking a shower, my feet were nearly black. Carpet was sticky. That’s really my only issue. Everything else was fine
