Check in was LONG and painful! Then additional $10 to park on their lot. disappointing. Also, they no longer have a free breakfast (been here 4 years in a row, this is a first!) Room and pool area were very nice!

Bad service and noise Gym without notification
Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send ...
