「Great stat」

「Room was clean and staff was amazing - the breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about!! The elevator was out when we checked out so had carry all the luggage down several floors」

「The place was extremely clean and well kept. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Cookies were delicious upon check in! Beds were comfortable and shower was very nice. Location is great with many walkable restaurants and shops. A Harris Teeter directly across the parking lot! Breakfast food was very good. I enjoyed the homemade oatmeal and the mini egg omelets. The coffee was not very good and the warm water to make tea was lukewarm. There was no decaf tea option. I would definitely...

「The first time that I stayed at this hotel last year, everything was excellent. This time when I stayed for most of our stay, the water in the bathroom was not even hot. It was barely lukewarm. I told the staff member about the water not being hot, and she told me that maintenance left at twelve. Noon, on a saturday of all days. I don't know if I will use this hotel again. Cause no one likes to take a cold shower when it is cool outside.」

「The hotel is part of a repurposing of a historic building, and if lovely. The renovation is well-appointed taste tasteful and well-maintained the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant (Dram Yard) was marvelous, with exquisite food offering and a staff that was a joy to deal with. Location was convenient to downtown Wilmington. However, size of the rooms are small, almost more European in design, and there is no elevator between floors. I do love the courtyard. Overall,...

「Property was conveniently located to historic downtown and the Riverwalk. When was clean and bright and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and the property manager. Sherri was very nice. He gave us some good ideas of things to do. I would highly recommend this place.」

「Wonderful hotel and everyone was helpful and friendly!」

「The room was spacious and had plenty of storage, including a coat and hat rack. The refrigerator was clean, and the heating and AC worked well. My only complaints were the lack of a coffee maker and microwave in the room, requiring trips to the breakfast area. The ice machine was also located there, and I had to request an ice bucket from the front desk. Other than those inconveniences, everything else was fine. The staff was neither especially helpful nor unpleasant. They handled check-in and...

「I definitely if have to go back to the same area I will stay there again」

「The check-in person was great, it was midnight before we got there and he got us checked in right away. The room was great.」

「No stove and small mini fridge with all that space other than that the expert was delightful! The enjoyment of the nice greenery and watching the golfers」

「Great!」
