「The property is beautiful with beautiful views of the ocean! Very close to the happening part of town, with easy beach access just across the street. The room was great, very clean, and the bed was so comfortable! My only 2 complaints are that the bathroom was TINY, my husband is 6'2" and he had to sit sideways on the toilet, there are also shelves on the wall in front of the toilet that make it near impossible to sit on the toilet without bumping your head when standing up. My 2nd complaint is...

「My fiance and I stayed here for the weekend for his birthday and had a great time! The room was very clean and extremely quiet(almost too quiet) with a great view of the mountains and foliage. We only had a few issues, one being that the bathroom door didn’t shut all of the way which is super uncomfortable when you have to use the bathroom with your spouse in the room. Two being we were unable to control the temperature in the room and we were extremely cold the entire time we stayed there....

「The property is beautifully maintained with beautiful flowers and the room we stayed in was incredibly clean and well decorated. Loved that it had a fridge with a separate freezer. Great location for walking to downtown Portsmouth. Unfortunately the people above us were very heavy footed (which is no fault of anyone at the inn) but otherwise the private entrance and patio made us feel like we were alone on the property which we appreciated. We did have trouble controlling the air and since it...

「I was expecting minimal amenities, but i was sold on the glowing reviews of the homey kitchen available for guest use. However, when i arrived, i found that the 3 kitchen sinks had out of order signs on them. One sink had even been plugged with spray foam. There were multiple signs saying we should use paper and plastic dinnerware. I'm not sure how i'm supposed to fry an egg using paper and plastic. It is so frustrating when these new management companies take advantage of glowing reviews...

「Room was 82 degrees and the A/C didn't work. The roof was too low so the heat was trapped, making it very difficult to sleep. There was people on the second floor and you could hear everything. Not easy to get help over text. They just suggested for us to open the windows. They were more responsive after we decided to check out earlier though.」

「Great Place !」

「This unit came with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Super clean and renovated. Short walk to downtown. Highly recommended.」
