"The heater is set to never go above 74, if you use the thermostat to set it to 78 the fan goes on but the room never heats up. I had to sleep in pants and a sweater. All rooms are this way, booked here about 5 times because its the best location for me but at this point I'm fed up being cold. The room service just barged in an hour before checkout while I was putting my pants on. "

"The check in staff were not focused when I asked a question about how to get to the valet. They had me doing two different things, my questions were only about 5 minutes apart but apparently he didn’t remember me when I came back to clarify a question. Also it was very hot in the rooms."
