My wife and I booked this boutique hotel at the last minute while driving through NH and we are so glad we did! The place was perfect for us, very relaxing and quiet. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Location
Everything about the space was comfortable! Walking distance to a beach, room darkening shades, wonderful hair and body products, clean and new. I wish bath robes were provided.

The Inn was absolutely perfect for our stay in Portsmouth. Close to the water and in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Beautiful room and location
Very clean and well appointed studio within a short walk to a nice beach with beautiful views. Quiet well manicured neighborhood with the beach frequented by mostly local residents. Not crowded at all.

Pleasantly updated with still the Character of the Home. Great Area, for Biking, Walking or just relaxing. The studios have everything you could want Best soaps and Lotions. Fully operational kitchen, living area. 3 minute walk to Water, the area is more island like. Relaxing Quiet, within Drive many Great Restaurants.

If I could live here I would.
Rooms were gorgeous and efficient. We were on the top floor and the beds are tucked into the corner so you do have to watch your head, but for 1 person it was not an issue. Historic home on what became one of my favorite places I've ever visited. This Midwest woman was completely enthralled with this place and New Hampshire as a whole and I can't wait to go back. Host is friendly, informative and responsive. The ocean being a 2 minute walk away is just another bonus.

You're absolutely loved this beautiful old building that's been turned into lovely accommodations. The place was clean comfortable quiet and convenient. I also really loved the decor, it was fresh and modern and just invited relaxation.

Clean, modern, quiet, lovely space. Hot water took a long time to warm up. Bed was moderately comfortable but small and could be better.

Thank you for choosing us. Since you were on the top floor, the hot water does take a while to reach that lever. Since we have a dedicated hot water tank for every room (so it never runs out on guests) it takes a bit to travel the three flights. If you choose us again, please consider one of our King Studio Apartments which have king sized beds in them vs. the queen size bed in the apartment you selected for more comfort. We hope to have you back soon.

Hidden treasure.
Unbelievable find!! Highly recommend. Such a unique experience. So much better than a hotel room. Our first floor room was just adorable. Nicely decorated and equipped with every item you made need. Very clean, convenient and the town is just quaint.
