"A bit of a trip back in time.... It is an older facility. It was a basic accommodation, but the beds were comfortable and we slept okay. The walls are a bit thin, but people quieted down relatively early. It was a handy place to stay if you are getting on the ferry to Newfoundland."

"Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Not given our room until 6 pm. Musty smell and sheets were wet on the bed. Ceiling leaking and left a puddle on the floor near outlets and cords. Entire room was just very dirty and grounds not maintained well at all. Lots of renovation items around and cluttered around property. We had to leave one night early because we just didn’t feel comfortable staying there for the second night"

"Ok for the price. If you put coffee makers in the room even better. Keep renovating and it will be a good motel in the future. Front desk was nice and helpful. Location was good for getting towards Chabot Trail."
