"For the price you pay for an overnight stay, you would figure you are getting more than basic. Toilet paper for instance resembled loose leaf paper. The exterior of the room windows were dirty. Could hear someone snoring through the wall. "

"Our room was very cosy and was very clean. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. "
