"The older man that checked us in was extremely rude. He was passive aggressive and made me feel uncomfortable. The other staff members we interacted with were much more friendly though. The rooms were very dirty. We asked to switch to a different room which ended up being dirtier than the first."

"First time at this hotel for my wife’s birthday and it was amazing! We loved the breakfast and the ambiance. Staff was super amable. Plenty of things to do near by 15-30mins away. We had the river view with balcony room. Highly recommend."

"Hotel was fine…just old and HVAC is questionable…they only have heat or no heat in all buildings…outcome was super hot when we returned at night and we told to turn off the fan and open a window…there is no way (in any building at Rutgers) to adjust cold or heat settings 😳"

"Spacious room, great continental breakfast, there is a bus that is a 5-10 walk from the hotel that takes you straight to Manhattan (my home town 😀). very friendly staff! My room had a slight odor and there was cracks in the floor of one of the elevators. However the room smell was likely from the air conditioner and the crackin the floor was being repaired. I would stay here again. "

"There was no good food within reach and no coffee was provided in the morning unless you went to their restaurant, which was not that good. The staff was fine, parking good, and room clean. I would not go back. It wasn't that comfortable a place to stay for my needs at the time."
