The first day, they asked for deposit 20 dollars, but refundable, the next day other receptionist charge me 5 dollars more, in total 25 dollars.
I asked why, they say because of your dog...i said it's a services dog and showed the certificates. At the end they say, ok we will reimburse, but it never happened. I called them and they said we need to talked our manager.
Other they are not pet friendly as they announce, one of the recepcionist yell on me only because i entered to the looby just to ask.
