"The plugs were really loose, some didn’t work. The refrigerator was all the way up and not cold at all and dirty. Not enough ice machines & only a few worked."

"This was more a motel than a hotel. AC had been off before we arrived and room was damp and smelled damp. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was minimum, sort of greasy. We were in a construction area and right off the highway and busy commercial space. It did not live up to the rating it had on Expedia."
