"The property is located high on a cliff with a beautiful view of the Cappadocia region. The hotel is amazing, the room was excellent, clean, cozy, quiet and comfortable. The hotel decoration is high quality. Staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful, they try to do everything to make your stay smooth. The only downside is the restaurant. We haven’t tried the whole menu, but what we tried was ok only. I’m not saying that is bad, but it could be better specially when you take in consideration...

"We had a flawless experience with the cave suites. Because there was construction going on close to our first suite, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a larger and better room when we arrived. Since we were only going to be staying for three nights, the staff were concerned about our comfort and gave us the upgrade without even asking. Every employee was warm and welcoming. Along with easy access to the center of Groeme and a breathtaking panoramic view, we also enjoyed a lovely view of the hot air balloons from our hotel."
