"The service given by the staff was terrible, we booked a room for 5 guests and there were 4 beds, when asked for the additional bed a mattress was laid on the floor (the mattress sheets were dirty) on the second night when we asked for it to be fixed the attitude of the staff was quite bad, at the end they brought a bed base and clean sheets but it took a lot of effort from our part, the experience was not good."

"This place is exceptional! 10 stars! I became ill during my stay and they checked on me repeatedly , brought me what I needed, and were very concerned. The property is beautiful and breakfast is wonderful. But the extra touch and professional, will not be forgotten as they went above and beyond with more care than I’ve seen. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Location is excellent with view of Pigeon Valley. Room was comfortable. Ate dinner one night at Nahita. Also enjoyed the breakfast there both mornings. Lots of variety and delicious. Recommend the hotel tour. Staff was attentive and helpful, especially the concierge Seda who welcomed us and helped us get oriented. It was a bit of stretch for our budget but definitely worth it."

Traveling with my mother, comfort and hospitality were especially important to us, and the team truly exceeded expectations in every way. The property itself is beautifully maintained and feels very special — every corner reflects attention to detail and care. The views overlooking Cappadocia are simply breathtaking, especially during sunrise when the balloons fill the sky. It was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. What impressed us most was the warmth of the people working there. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It made us feel not like guests, but truly taken care of. I honestly have only good things to say about Museum Hotel. Thank you for helping create such unforgettable memories for us in Cappadocia."
