I had a great stay at this property! I only spent two nights but the owner made me feel like home and the entire staff was super friendly and hospitable. Room is extremely nice for the price and cheaper compared to other hotels in the area. Very well located and easy to walk wherever you want to town. Also a nice 10 min walk from the valley so you can easily wake up and get an amazing view of the balloons in the morning. Overall would stay here again!

We loved everything about this hotel. The owners & staff are all lovely and very helpful. The breakfast is great and you can see the balloons from the terrace floating across the town. Rooms are very spacious! Only downside is the construction site currently across the road, but that’s not the hotels fault.

The hotel has no elevator but did not expect an elevator. Checking in was very easy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and were kind enough to propose and arrange airport transportation for me. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was incredible, had the best plain omelette. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent staff, nice and clean property, awsome terrace for watching sunrise and sunset. Breakfast is superb, local food served! Staff is always ready to go an axtra mile to satisfy guest needs. Receptionist Fatmanur is always available and very keen to organize variety of tours, transportation, events visits. Awsome stay at Cakiltasi Evi. Recommed for visit Kappadokia.

A jewel of a hotel

Can’t say enough positive comments about this jewel of a hotel. Extremely happy with the hotel and the dedication to service the staff brings. The owner Bahri will quickly become a friend for life and he personally ensures everyone has a great experience. The location is wonderful too. Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood yet a two block walk takes you to the downtown section of town where you can enjoy an incredible Turkish dinning experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cappadocia and more so because of this wonderful hotel, their staff and the owner Bahri.

I loved the jetted tub and the decor of the headboard, designed with hot air balloons, ceiling mirror, red sofa, spacious, and really nice bathroom. Perfect location for me and good walking distance from the bus station. Great terrace, amazing view of Cappadocia, right in the heart of things, nearby restaurants, shops, and bars in walking distance. Great staff. Would stay again!

Great room

The room with the sauna was big and comfortable. The A/C wasn't working too well, but at least it wasn't that hot yet. This is my second stay at this hotel and the family running the place are very pleasant. Thank you for the hospitality.

Safe comfortable stay

Having the sauna in the room was amazing. Big room and super big bathroom. The jacuzzi was broken but we were compensated with free tasty Turkish breakfast. Laid back vibe. Nice rooftop view to chill and watch the hot air balloons at sunrise.

A nice family owned hotel. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in our room absolutely didn’t work well, and this is in a scorching Cappadocia summer (90F). Told them about it, the guy on the desk said he ll clean and see if that works, which it didn’t so i asked for a room switch to which he said “there’s nothing we can do about it “. I mean you own the hotel, i am sure you can do something about it!

The owner, manager, and staff of this hotel made our stay a wonderful experience. The breakfast was wonderful and the kitchen was also available for use outside breakfast hours. The kitchen and eating area on the top floor with a balcony, all affording a perfect view of the area. The décor was lovely and cozy. We stayed in a suite that had the largest jetted tub I have ever seen and a great sauna. The mattresses were very firm, which we really liked. The hotel is in a very convenient location, only one block from the main street of restaurants and shops in Goreme. The road in front of the hotel was wider than most in town and there appeared to be plenty of parking compared to most areas. The hotel had only been open a week and there were still a handful of finishing touches that they were still working to complete, but it is clear that the attentive staff will ensure a beautiful hotel and great experience for visitors. The price for this hotel was a steal and it was really easy to book through Expedia. In the end, a truly lovely hotel and the staff made it a wonderful experience!

Boutique hotel located about 5-10 minutes walk from Goreme center. In a more residential area of Goreme but easy to access all areas by walking. Safe neighborhood no problems walking in the area after dark. My room 202 was a bit stuffy as it has no windows and the AC was not very effective. The sauna was a nice addition to the room. Comfortable beds and large shower with plenty of hot water available at all times. Room cleaning service could be better as my room was not cleaned the entire 4 nights. I was only asked if I wanted room cleaning on the last day which was a bit too late given that I was checking out. Staff helpful in organizing tours and activities including ATV and Green Tour. Breakfast provided at the property was okay. Large selection including various fruits. Property is home to several friendly dogs. I would recommend the property but not room 202. Ask for a room with windows.
