"When we arrived the hotel was closed. it seeems to be in very deep works for a renovation. No bell ringing at the entrance door. We had to phone. A little bit complicated for foreign people. Happily , Neighbours have help us in our phone call. When we were inside all was satisfying. Just a bit of angst when you arrive, and that nothing seems to work as you aspected."

"Reservation made, paid for. However, on arrival told no rooms available at 9pm. No assistance offered by hotel. Hotels 24/7 helpline not responding. Had to find alternative accommodation. "

"Well designed rooms, clean and comfortable, good breakfast. We parked in the surface car park adjacent to the hotel for just over 5 euros per 24 hrs (and free on Sunday). Used trams to get to and from the centre of Dresden - this was a bit more expensive than we expected at 3.60 for a single journey or 9.50 for a one day pass."
