"Nice town to stop at. The place has obviously seen better days (probably before they built the Autoroute), but for the price it was fine. Clean, friendly with a bar and decent food. Secure parking was a bonus. Obviously if you spend more you will get better but it was just an overnight stop whilst travelling."

"Easy to find, plenty of parking and in a quiet location. The building is shared between it's elderly residents and paying guests. Keys to the rooms were in named envelopes on the front desk. Spacious, clean room with balcony and well equipped kitchen area. "

"What a terrific staff in an incredibly historical environment steeped in history. We love this place. Moulins is off the beaten path but an amazing little city with tons to offer. Hotel Mercure, in the heart of the city, is a gem!"

"A peaceful, magical spot in a garden, surrounded by fields, a few minutes away from major roads. The hosts were very welcoming, offering us tea in the comfortable sitting room available to their guests. The breakfast spread was copious and varied. The room we were in was spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable. I appreciated the little touches like a coloring book with its color pencils or the plants and flowers in the room. "I arrived at the hotel tired and wanted to eat something. Impossible because fully booked. But the restaurant was empty! I asked about dinner: also fully booked! This total lack of welcome made me leave the hotel."
