Our stay was great but room was hot not possible to leave Windows open, due to rain coming inside room. The area has things to offer for sightseeing but 1 full day would have been enough to explore anything near by.

Dieses Hotel ist in der Gesamtbewertung keine vier Sterne wert. Es hatte u.a. nicht mal eine Bar, obwohl eine betrieben werden hätte können. In den Eingangsbereichen waren die Treppen stark beschädigt. Das einzig positive war das Restaurant. Der Wellnessbereich war völlig unzureichend.

Das Hotel entspricht in keiner Weise, was im Internet abgebildet ist. Der Service ist nur mittelmäßig und es gibt keine durchgängige Rezeption und auch keine Hotelbar. Für mich ist das Hotel eine mittelmäßige Jugendherberge. Der Wellnessbereich ist absolut nicht ansprechend.

Tre overnatninger med positiv overraskelse

Fantastisk "Value for Money". Blev positivt overrasket over, at opholdet indholdt 1/2 pension med rigtig god, varieret og veltilberedt mad. Sød og familiært personale med stort overblik trods mange spisende gæster. Fin lille spa afdeling med pool, sauna og relax område. Etablering af ladestandere til el-biler bør overvejes, da byen Neuhausen ikke tilbyder nogen offentlige ladestandere!

Es ist eine wahnsinnig schöne Anlage, Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sind sauber. Wellness Bereich war eher nicht so schön. Weil man da mit seiner Kleidung um die Poolanlage herum laufen musste, und sich Möglichkeiten suchen musste, sich umzuziehen. Frühstück war sehr lecker.und reichlich.3 Gängemenü eher nicht so gut.

überbewertetes 4 Sterne Hotel

freundlicher Empfang, enttäuschendes Nebengebäude ohne Fahrstuhl mit weiten Wegen zum Parkplatz, Frühstücksraum, Wellnessbereich, erfreulich - warmes Zimmer bei Anreise. Neben dem weiten Weg zum Frühstück, wurde selbiges einem 4 Sterne-Hotel nicht gerecht. Das Personal war sehr bemüht aber zu zweit mit der Besucherzahl partiell überfordert. Das Restaurant sah gut aus wurde aber von uns nicht besucht. Wellnessbereich wegen des längeren Weges über den Hof ebenfalls nicht besucht. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen sowohl das Ambiente als auch das Abendessen war perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet sollte auch laktosefreie Speisen enthalten und etwas mehr Obst.

Das Schlosshotel ist teilsaniert. Das Personal der Gaststätte ist fleißig, von der Anzahl her aber nicht ausreichend. Daher entspricht der Service nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel.

A really great stay. Fantastic restaurant with superior service and exquisitely presented meals, and the highlight of the one-night stay. Antique furniture throughout the hotel and restaurant, in every hallway and foyer, as well as our room. Room was simple but comfortable...bathroom was modern (a great mix of old and new). Breakfast selection was limited (as in they ran out of different offerings), but in a nice large chapel room. Check-in desk closed at 18:00, a surprise, so we had to adjust our travel to arrive on time. Might be challenging for disabled...atop a steep slope and many stairs throughout. But the castle is fun to explore as well, with the mix of antique and modern appointments.

Great stay in the country side

Driving to Swidden and decided to stay here. The palace is beautiful. We stayed in the off site building and it was clean quiet and nice. Good sheets and bed. Dinner was delicious. People were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay

It was great experience to stay in such a historical hotel. The room was quiet, huge, nicely renovated and confortable to stay enough. The person in reception and service are kind. I guess its because my room was not in the main castle, I honestly to say I could not feel that I am staying in a castle but I am staying in big old house....

Wir hatten ein ca. 20 m3 Zimmer aber nicht das war das Problem.Sondern das Fenster, es war Baulich nur eine Schießscharte, also für uns viel zu klein . Wir waren ganz oben .

Nach unserer Ankunft im Schloss, war zu diesem Zeitpunkt die Rezeption unbesetzt. Nach langem Warten wurden wir in Empfang genommen. Unser Zimmer war leider unbeheizt und das bei winterlichen Temperaturen. Dennoch war es sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl sehr groß, aber ein paar Brötchen waren sehr hart. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden. Wir würden es trotzdem weiter empfehlen, weil uns das Ambiente gefallen hat.
