Best part of hotel is the view and access to private part of beach. Hotel is only first 5 floors of a giant apartment building. More of a locals hangout spot, especially at night. Excellent bbq restaurant across the street, 5-10min walk to main part of town where most of the restaurants and other hotels are, but they have to pay to use the beach downtown, so worth walk to restaurants to have free beach access all day

Beautiful view
The view from the balcony of this hotel is gorgeous. And I'm sure in its heyday it was fabulous inside as well. It's quite outdated but had a comfortable bed and decent bathroom so our stay overnight was fine. It was clean. The disappointed thing is that there is scaffolding all around the building since the outside is in disrepair and they are in the process of restoring it. For the money it's worth it. If it were updated inside I'm sure the rate would be higher.

Scacciapensieri
We stayed in Scacciapensieri Hotel for one night. The hotel is located by the beach, walking distance to the town centre and train station. The hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast was simple but enought to chooose from. There were building works being carried out on the hotel but didn't affect our stay there. Our room was very big and comfortable but very simple and the furniture would do with some updating. There are no English channels on TV. The hotel was a little overpriced.

Expectation Management
This hotel is not for everyone. It is a beautifull old hotel built in 1870 but it is in need of renovation. Breakfast is meager (a coffee and a roll). Regardless the hotel has a pleasant ocean view, the desk staff spoke English, and the room was clean.

Struttura vecchia e interni molto obsoleti. Parcheggio privato assente. Il letto scomodissimo sembrava di stare sopra una tavola di legno. Non abbiamo potuto fare neanche la doccia perché il piatto doccia era nero di sporco. Il balcone impraticabile. Pieno di escrementi di uccelli, mozziconi di sigarette e terriccio. Buffet della colazione molto scarno e cappuccino servito da una persona scapigliata, in ciabatte. Non ci torneremo mai più.

Siamo stati io e mia moglie in questa struttura per trascorrere un weekend al mare e ci siamo trovati bene.La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi dove c’è anche la convenzione con lo stabilimento,la cosa che mi ha deluso di più è stata la colazione anche perché non è a buffet.Comunque lo consiglio

Solo la vista mare della stanza.. tutto il resto lascia molto a desiderare... il personale di servizio non ci ha comunicato nulla a parte il piano della stanza. La colazione poco soddisfacente in quanto all’addetta al servizio a parte il caffè non ci ha chiesto cosa offriva il servizio... per la santificazione ... la stanza al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il pavimento e il bagno bagnato... ma non credo sia stata fatta una santificazione... In sostanza... sembrava un grande condominio anziché un hotel...

Si contraddice il bagno ed il pavimento bagno era dovuto proprio alla sanificazione forse fatta da poco e non erano passate le due ore di norma

Peccato che una struttura con questa posizione sul mare sia lasciata andare. Molto vecchio tutto. La camera spaziosa ma non proprio pulita . Trovato sabbia nelle lenzuola e il bagno un po’ sudicio in terra. Tutta la notte siamo stati un rumore continuo martellante, probabilmente causato da un’anomalia negli impianti. Il Personale aveva proposto gentilmente cambio stanza nella depandance ma erano le 1 di notte e quindi tardi x traslocare . Colazione sufficiente, personale gentilissimo.

Clean rooms nice location, and kind staff. Unfortunately the buffet breakfast food is not fragrant( in Italy is not acceptable). Too short the time available to have breakfast. And the check out is really to early

Unica cosa positiva dell'albergo e' che e' fronte mare ma privo di parcheggio. Stile anni 60, mai modernizzato.

Palazzo gigante di circa 15p. Sul mare Essenziale struttura fatiscente in ristrutturazione personale cordiale pulizia buona colazione buona camera con aria condizionata e vista mare al 3 piano per una o deu notti va anche bene la spiaggia ben attrezzata ma piena di bambini il parcheggio è in strada non del hotel

Da evitare
Hotel con faccista in ristrutturazione e per questo (!) non funziona il wi-fi in camera il balcone era inaccessibile e alle 8:00 rumori fuori al balcone. Il perché mi sia stata assegnata una camera lato facciata in ristrutturazione non me lo spiego. Tipica struttura anni '70 (probabilmente mai ristrutturata).

Personal war sehr freundlich. Unsere Fahrräder wurden in extra Raum untergestellt. Frühstück war typisch italienisch, also nicht zu viel erwarten. Das Hotel wird gerade saniert, was es äußerlich auch dringend nötig hat. Für kurzen Aufenthalt war es okay.

Endlich entdeckt: Loriots Hotel Gran Paradiso
Wer ein (19)70er Jahre Betonbunker-Strandhotel im vintage Zustand (also unsaniert) kennenlernen möchte, ist hier richtig. Wir hatten für einen Kurzausflug von Rom aus ein Hotel mit Meerblick gesucht und dieses hier gefunden. Das Personal versucht das beste draus zu machen, wir hatten tatsächlich Meerblick und wenn man mit dem Auto etwas südlich weiter fährt findet man bei Sabaudia wirklich sehr schöne Strände. Das Frühstuck mit viel Kuchen und gutem Kaffee war auch in Ordnung.

Per la qualità dell'hotel la tariffa è esorbitante! Credo ch le "brandelli caserme siano più confortevoli. Per essere un hotel sul mare mi sembra assurdo che non ci sia dove stendere costume ad asciugare

Accettabile per soggiorni brevi.
Utilizzato solo per la notte poco da dire sui servizi.Necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione.Biancheria e dotazione bagno ottimi. Parcheggio in strada e WIFI assente. Colazione poco variabile e di qualità mediocre.

Vecchio albergo da ristrutturare
Per fortuna avevo prenotato per solo due notti e sfortunatamente avevo già pagato. Struttura vecchia e tenuta male, camera fatiscente. Non hanno rifatto i letti ne cambiato gli asciugamani. Mai vista una cosa simile.
