「There was a double booking. J'cups said that they have closed their account with hotels.com. However, they still managed to take bookings. Helen found us alternative accommodation for two nights, which I feel was not quite on par with what we received at J'Cups. We spent 1 night with J'Cups and then two nights with another accommodation and then two nights again with J'Cups. I would just make sure not to book via hotels.com again as they have no way of communication channels where these types...

「Overnight stay before safari - we arrived in the dark after a flight delay and had to leave early so unable to enjoy most of the facilities - but the room was clean, great facilities, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (the receptionist even walked me to the nearest restaurant). Great breakfast. Situated just inside gated estate with high security. Only comment on room is the toilet is inside a frosted glass shower enclosure in the room.」
