「Our stay at the Pacific City Inn was excellent. After finding out our bnb canceled on us an hour before check in, the owner at the Pacific City Inn was very accommodating to us and our large group. We were able to fill some rooms and keep our family together to re-introduce an old tradition of coming to the coast once a year. 「The Old Wheeler hotel is a jewel in Wheeler, OR. The owner is always attentive but not hovering. Each room is nicely decorated reminiscent of the 30-50s. The bathrooms for each room is in the hall but is it not a problem. The views of the bay and marina are great from the rooms. I recommended this place without reservations. 」

「Awesome room included a large sofa with fireplace and patio with chairs overlooking the beach area with haystack rock (over a road and parking lot). Easy to walk to beach, sand dune and a few shops, Pelican brewing and restaurants. No charge for parking is nice.」
