Our experience was very positive. The person at the reception was not very warm or receiving, but the rest of the staff was quite friendly. It is nice to be greeted at a property by someone friendly. We hope to return!

The fridge in the room was not cold The room temperature could not be changed by the room thermostat When I requested service two times someone came and said there is nothing that can be done When I went to front desk to complain we resolved the fridge issue by my requesting ice Re the temperature nothing was done i developed a serious cold as a result of the cold temperature . Other than that the room was excellent clean and staff were extremely courteous.

We needed a place close to a concert we went to Ceseray so we chose Netanya. Only needed a place for tonight but we were surprised all that big comfortable room and the beautiful Beach front view. We were so ended up having breakfast in the hotel and the stuff was super welcoming and friendly. We didn't expect much but we can definitely recommend this place. The location was perfect for us , it was quiet and peaceful and felt very safe. Overall great experience.

Beautiful hotel! Right by the beach, clean, and was a great price for the amenities. Very spacious room, and one of the comfiest beds I have slept in. If you have a chance to stay here do it!

Horrific!

Room was pleasant. Everything else about this hotel stay was horrific! Expensive buffet breakfast was an omellette thrown at you, the pastrys' were unchanged during our 4 night stay. No bar no restaurant, they want to charge you for bottled water even though the advert says it is free! Stay Clear!

The air conditioning system was broken, I kept on asking the receptionist to send a technician, they claimed they can’t fix it now. I couldn’t sleep both nights I was there. It kept on closing automatically and the room got extremely hot.

My Summer Vacation

I felt very lucky to be staying in such a hygienic, classy hotel. I have been to many hotels and it was the first time that I was presented with hair free towels and bedding. This made it a real pleasure for me as I was able to sleep without any worry of finding foreign dirt in my way. I was amazed at the design and layout of the bedroom, the whole wall was a window to the sea and the view from the porch was reflected in the mirror right across, overall giving the whole room a feel of being surrounded by the water. However, I was disappointed with the fact that I was told my porch would have a full sea view as seen on the image the hotel provided. I was hoping to have a view of clear water from my balcony but unfortunately that view was partly blocked by large buildings and tall trees which really wasn`t part of the picture I saw when I booked my hotel room. I guess the way they took the picture was done very professionally but my eyes are not so professional. I also would have liked a runner and throw pillow to be on my bed every morning and not just as a welcome on the first day. Besides for that the service was outstanding, the staff were really forthcoming and helpful which made my stay a real great experience. I would just like to add that the backseat of the couch was attached with some velcro and it kept on sliding down making it quite uncomfortable to relax on it. But never mind the beds were comfortable enough and I would really recommend others to go here.

bien placé et propre

Reservation de cette hotel suite a une soirée de mariage éloignée pour ne pas rentrer le soir meme. Accueil de l'hôtel à 2h15 du matin tres correct et agreable. Chambre non prête pour 3 personnes mais la réceptionniste a été tres reactive. Le parking etait gratuit Merci
