"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. "The bedrooms were very clean and nicely kept and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms do not have an ensuite and access to the bathroom is by a key. This is clear when you book. The rooms are very convenient for the metro which is great. However either the other guests or the neighbours (hard to tell at 5am) were pretty noisy. "Our room had a very small shower with a folding door. It was very small and the shower gel they provided kept falling off if the wall. It was hanging on one screw. The bed was very hard like sleeping on a slab of marble. They had a very nice attached restaurant FIGO. The staff there were great, friendly and helpful."

"I stayed at this hotel in 2018 and it was a great experience which I loved, visited the hotel 8 years later and the standards have deteriorated, it’s now operating to maximize on profits, had dinner at the hotel one Friday night and we were served cold food, have you ever tasted cold French fries? now you can imagine the standards. The staff has no control over the management, there was sewage smell in the room which was coming from the toilet which house keeping should have taken care of before the room was rented, there were mosquitoes in the room as well, this will be my last stay at this hotel, bottom line, the hotel has too much business based on pricing, there’s no improvement in the horizon. I’m a hotalier myself and switched trades so I have a pretty good idea where my money goes."

"Thought the Victoria Terme Hotel was a 4 star hotel, it didn’t feel like it! The breakfast offerings were very basic and had no real substance! Staff weren’t really helpful and some of the amenities were not in use! This hotel should be considered a 2 star hotel! I definitely won’t be a returning guest"
