"I can’t say enough about the level of service and quality provided by this hotel. The place is spectacularly beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The on site restaurant is excellent as are the restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. In addition, the place is across the street from the beach. Finally, the price is extremely competitive. "I like the room was of a good size. The bed was comfortable. I like the included breakfast that was very good. I like that it was safe and quiet. It is a large hotel of 12 floors and there were a lot of people checking in every day. They have a nice pool on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the area. They also have a complete gym with a spa. I didn't like that there was not a microwave or coffee maker in the room. They offer complimentary coffee downstairs on the first floor. "

"We stayed in Montevideo for a week as part of a longer vacation. This hotel is close to shopping, dining, and the beach. Everything about the hotel was excellent. You don’t need a car as Uber is readily available and reasonably priced. Even though this is an upscale neighborhood, you do need to be cautious."

"We stay often at the Palladium. The location is great in the Buceo neighborhood — walkable to the rambla, Montevideo Shopping, lots of restaurants. Uber and taxis are easy to get. Centrally located to easily jump to or from the airport or Tres Cruces bus station or Ciudad Vieja or elsewhere in the city for business or leisure. The property is a little tired but the beds are comfortable, has nice pool, decent breakfast and reasonable prices."

"A lot of unique aspects I hadn't come across before in a hostel and I've stayed in hundreds. Such as privacy curtains on the non wall side of both levels of the bunk beds (although the top bed a lot harder and noisier to get down as there is nothing to hold onto when descending due to the bed's own built in ceiling and back wall). Another unique aspect, you don't get a room key or swipe card, instead your hand activates a keypad, and you type in the pin code for the room. Never come across...
