"I been traveling across Israel with my family and stayed in many hotel and this hotel is by far taking the crown in regards to customer service.
The front desk manager has a Ritz Carleton mentality where he goes above and beyond to please his guests.
We had some issues with the sleeping arrangements and he solved it in seconds.
The staff at the hotel is helpful and accommodating except the service in the lobby which is lazy and unaccommodating.
It's almost feels like a different section that...

"Had a pleasant stay for a few nights. Its a quite area close in walking distance to the public beach. The room was clean and nicely stocked with utensils for making a meal.
