"Overall this is a very nice hotel. Nice location, beautiful views, extremely clean, and very well maintained. Two things I thought couldn’t be better! First, the room design, the bathroom was separated from the sleeping area by a glass door! Second, I personally thought the sun beds were arranged to close with one another, this made private conversations and privacy overall a bit challenging! If you ask me, if I would return there, my answer is absolutely. It’s still a very nice hotel"

"I loved the location and how big the room was. We had booked a suit with see view, however see view was minimal. The room wasn’t very clean, we found leftover fruit in the fridge from previous guest and kettle was full of scale, it was so dirty that we actually had to go out and buy white vinegar in order to clean it as we were boiling water for our baby. "The hotel was really lovely, the breakfast, pool was perfect BUT nowhere in the reviews did it mention a very very steep driveway and although the hotel said limited parking, street parking and further parking 50m further down, the manager said they definitely 100% don’t advertise parking. I then took a screenshot of the advertised parking and showed him. He then said to leave the keys with him and he would find a park for us. The room I booked was bigger than the one he gave us. When I questioned this to the manager the next morning, he said he gave us a better room which had more views. After looking at the room I booked I said I preferred it better than the one he gave us and he he should’ve shown it to us first. I feel he was not honest to us and this put a damper on our stay. All the rest of the staff were so very friendly and helpful."
