"Good size room staff lovely. Unfortunately the room was freezing cold and the duvet was paper thin. Card for the room didn’t work and we had to keep going back down 2 flights of stairs to get the card reprogrammed. "

I know maintenance has to happen but when I asked if they could come another time I was rudely greatest. I ate 3x breakfasts and 2x evening meals and each meal the quality was poor..your chef/ cook needs to be retrained on quality of taste and freshness of the products… everything tastes as if it’s been cooked previously then microwaved when needed, £12 cheese burger, that tasted like rubber, in a FF bun that was as tough as the burger.. breakfast was £9 precooked and overcooked.Staff try a meal yourselves and hopefully you will understand. Freshness and quality of the food would put me off staying again. Trust me giving the customer a hearty meal at start or at the end of the day will bring you more custom. "
