Nice local Hotel.

The lobby of the Hotel was not air conditioned. The Hotel tried to charge 3 nights when we arrived. I requested to be charged on a per night basis. The staff were friendly and there’s a great Grocery Store on the corner. Central location.

Buena opción en Neiva

Muy bien situado.limpieza muy buena. Desayuno incluido básico pero de buena calidad. Personal muy servicial y amable en todos los turnos. Zona segura con acceso a restaurantes. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventanas interiores. Se extraña vista a exterior.

Excelente servicio, habitaciones encerradas.

El servicio es bueno, la amabilidad de la gente es lo mejor, pero tiene un defecto y es que las habitaciones son encerradas, sin ventanas al exterior, lo que las hace poco acogedoras. Está bien para solo pasar la noche, pero no para estar un rato en el hotel. Para negocios, está bien, la zona también.

Nice little hotel in Neiva

Nice little hotel in what seemed like an out of the way place but was actually very close to shops and restaurants and about a 10 min walk to the downtown square. Super helpful staff, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean.

Descanso placentero.

En esta oportunidad me gusto la habitación que me asignaron. Muy cómoda, aunque un poco falta de iluminación. Baño un poco reducido, un poco de dificultad en la ducha. Desayuno básico pero bueno. El personal muy atento.

Great hotel

Great hotel room was huge with a very comfortable bed. Shower was great too. The guys on reception were super helpful particularly Sebastian who helped organise a taxi to take me to Tatacoa desert. I left my charger in the room and he contacted me the next day to let me know and organise getting it back to me. Great hotel shame I could only enjoy it for a short time.
