El hotel puede mejorar por el precio que cobran, El personal es amable, y la habitación estaba limpia, pero las instalaciones muy antiguas, mucho ruido a altas horas de la noche, paredes húmedas y descascaradas en las habitaciones. Un desayuno muy simple. Muy regular.

TRANQUILIDAD

En general tuve una buena estadía. Lo que mas me gusta es la tranquilidad que se siente en las habitaciones, permitiéndote un buen descanso. Cama y almohadas cómodas, buena iluminación de la habitación, aire acondicionado, televisión por cable, refrigerador, wifi de buena velocidad, agua, infusiones y café. Y como siempre, personal muy amable.

Clean but noisy

Just a quick stop off for bus connections. It was clean, staff efficient and pleasant, and it had air conditioning which was good as its a hot town. And its in a convenient location to pop out to a nearby restaurant for quick bite, $COP6000 taxi ride from bus station. But we had a lot of street noise in our room, and the beeping smoke detector in the corridor added to it! So not highly recommended but couldn't really see any alternatives.

Es un buen hotel, siempre lo escojo cuando viajo a la ciudad de Neiva. Su personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones son tranquilas y cómodas, con buen aire acondicionado, colchón y almohadas cómodas, televisión con buenos canales. Recomendado.

Bien, es un hotel limpio, agradable, tranquilo, pero en esta oportunidad me dieron una habitación muy pequeña, donde la verdad no me sentí cómodo como en mis otras visitas. Ojala no se vuelva a repetir.
