「我們拿Voucher去check in. 隔天, 要check out時, 又被要求付款!!! 無論怎樣說都不行. 一定要我們出示我們已經付款的文件. 沒辦法, 將行李壓在櫃檯, 先去和客人meeting... 再回去check out. 這時候台灣的資料來了, 也傳真到旅館... "我們查到付款了, 妳們可以走了.". 真是莊肖違!!! 沒有付款, 會有voucher?? 被揮成這個樣子. 下次打死, 不買這種voucher, 又貴!!! 櫃檯直接付"牌價"還可以省20%!!! 濫旅社也賣這種價錢, 真是"雖". 台灣被搞一次, 旅館被搞一次... 住一個晚上, 被玩了兩次, 夠了. 再見了.」

「I stayed at Almog Eliat for two nights in March 2023. This hotel has nine apartment blocks with six floors in each. I was on the first floor in building nine. There is free on site parking, you just drive up to the gate and it will open automatically. The room had a Kitchen with breakfast bar, kettle, microwave, hob, cooking utensils, cutlery, sink and washing up liquid. The bathroom has a powerful shower, toilet, sink, and toiletries. 「I have stayed at many 5 star properties but the level of customer appreciation in this family friendly hotel would put them to shame. Any request was responded to promptly and with a smile. Employees seemed happy and that translated into service. Kudos to the manager. We were a large group(3 suites- 5 adults and 3 children). Meals were buffet style with food options for vegans, vegetarians and children always available. I would definitely come back.」
