「我抵達酒店沒有櫃台 沒人接待 經警衛人员連繋後等了30分鐘後 跑过来的是一个黑人 告訴我説我訂的房間已経没有了 我説已経訂完了也已付款了為何？他也無法解答？硬要我住其它酒店并另硬要问我收錢馬幣650令吉 是何理由？這僡播上網出去誰敢預訂H. C 的酒店？請回答！」

「Staff was helpful and location was good (near airport), but that was about it. Room was oretty scuffed, there was no wifi nor shampoo/soap for the bathroom. Would not stay again.」

「Book a room stated with yard. Upon arriving there is no yard. No microwave. And also blood stain on bedsheet and towel」

「這次定了兩個房間，房間大也乾淨，可是有一間廁所淋浴間排水會塞住，而外一間熱水器故障」

「There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all....
