The staff were welcoming and efficient at getting me checked in, and they had a tray of lots of different types of cookies available for a welcome snack, as well as coffee and tea in the lobby, which was very welcome after a long day traveling.

Very nice hotel for the price, I've seen others complain about the location, but I had no issue with it. It wasn't hard to find and the area seemed fairly safe. Stayed for two nights in two seperate rooms.
Both rooms were very clean, very comfortable beds in both rooms, staff was very friendly and polite, good continental breakfast with cheese omelets and sausage, it's a great hotel. No complaints here.

The hotel is extremely new and clean. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. They were also able to give me real silverware when the restaurant I got takeout from forgot it. The option to have a full breakfast was exceptional.

Everything was terrific, really nice rooms, friendly staff, beautiful pool and hot tub. Coffee was free but other than that there is no basic free breakfast. Kids eat free with a full price adult entree.

TownePlace was new when I stayed ( 3/2022 ) and in great condition. Room was large ( so were the TVs ;-) )
The only complaint about any facet of the operation was the work area and chair - the work area was OK, not exceptional. The chair should be returned and the SKU struck from any potential order from anybody, ever, for all time.
It is not a good chair.
But when the only non-positive thing about a place is the chair somebody's doing something pretty well.

Amazing hotel in a sweet little town. Everything was perfect at the hotel and I loved that we could walk to a coffee shop, a drug store, and a brew pub. Flowers were beautiful and a very calm and peaceful place to stay. We will be back!
