Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Closed down, left stranded.

Closed down when we got there with no cancellation or notice. Hotels.com could only offer refund which would take up to ten days. And we're left stranded and having to find somewhere else to stay paying out double.
