"More like a 4 star hotel. Welcome was nice and initially rooms looked nice. However, shower door kept falling off half way through stay. Had to keep asking for complimentary bottled water - should be enough given everyday. Was told had to ask for it before 5pm otherwise you pay. Wide variety of food at buffet, but got monotonous after a few days - recommend eating at local tavernas. The waitresses were very quick to clear plates to the point they'd remove plates you hadn't finished eating. ...

"I’d give this hotel 2/5 for a couple. We were over charged on day one and getting the money back took us reporting fraud to our credit card as Expedia wouldn’t release the money. We also were placed in room 213 which is a nice room but we were surrounded by kids screaming until midnight on the balcony and up at 7 to do the same. "Been there twice, in a relatively short period. First time there were hardly any guests, second time pretty full. In both cases staff is very helpful, very friendly. The resort biggest asset. "This modern hotel was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the main building which has a lift, there are also two other buildings. The pool area is very well kept and there is giant chess and table tennis available as well as a small gym. The staff were so friendly and helpful and spoke good English.
