「This apartment was lovely. Very clean. Great location. Perfect for a couple. We had our 16 and 17 yr old boys with us. They had to share the pullout couch but both of them said it was the comfiest and roomiest pullout couch they’d ever slept on! 「The property manager was dismissive in every interaction. There were not pillow cases provided our first night and we had to track down the cleaning staff to get fresh ones. The tiny elevator was left full of all the laundry bags by the staff. The units rely on key code entry and the battery died preventing entry to our room. The manager was slow and dismissive to deal with this. Also, the water gets way too hot. The shower scolded my wife when she tried to start it, and it was pointed right out...
