"The property is at the heart of city centre with access to everywhere.
The challenge is with the management who dont seem to be very organised. I had to wait at least half an hour past the check-in time to receive the access code and that was after a reminder call. The property was not clean. Scheduled cleaning was was only done upon 2 reminders. Amenities requested at the time of booking were only provided after request.
Feels like I was shortchanged but had excellent sleep on very comfortable...

"My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel, and while the room seemed clean and comfortable at first, the next morning I woke up with my legs covered in bed bug bites. I reported it to the receptionist, but she insisted they were mosquito bites.
We booked another room for the following night, but the problem continued — I woke up with even more bites. I had to visit two pharmacies, where it was confirmed they were bed bug bites, and I was given medication and antibiotic cream to manage the...
