「Clean room , and friendly staff 」

「Terrible stay. The room was really old and the soundproofing was awful — I could hear cars outside and people talking in the hallway, so it was hard to sleep. The worst part was the shower — the water was either burning hot or freezing cold, so I couldn’t even take a proper shower. Such a bad experience, I’ll never stay at this hotel again.」
