"Recepção muito atenciosa e eficiente, porém as dependências do hotel me parecem muito antigas, precisando de uma reforma,pois o hotel tem um bom tamanho o que fica fácil de fazer. Ar condicionado em péssimas condições, fazendo que o cheiro no apartamento seja ruim e também o barulho que fazem é muito alto, incomodando durante a noite. Precisei substituir o apartamento pelo cheiro do ar condicionado e o segundo apartamento tinha um pouco de cheiro e muito barulho. Limpeza também deixou a desejar."

"Quartos dentro do padrão para o que se propõe, no quarto 238 nobqual fiquei hospedado não havia a possibilidade de desligar o chuveiro elétrico (está dando choque), ar condicionado não esfria o suficiente (quarto poente), e o cafe da manhã poderia ser mais nordestino com inhame, macaxeira, galinha, do tipo que se encontra no nordeste. Mas de forma geral gostei e voltaria a me hospedar."

E olha eu não sou do Sul nem do Sudeste não , sou daqui de Teresina mesmo, tive que passar uma noite no hotel, até de quarto mudei e não adiantou ! Na minha casa sempre quando não estão gelando contratamos a limpeza técnica e as vezes até colocam gás ! Só ventila , vou resfriar somente de madrugada! Espero que observem isso "

We thought a drink on the rooftop bar would be pleasant but they asked R$200 because we were bringing a friend who wasn't a guest. TACKY. Especially since there was virtually no one there.
