B&B in Nayarit

"On two seperate occasions i sat and watches kids dipping hands in food and sauces to taste them. I have never heard no more in my life at a RUI resort. They acted like anything was an inconvenience. It was at best like 50% capacity and now i know why. They acted like asking for an extra towel was blasphemy. Even after renting the v.i.p lounger still no more then 1 towel. No room service but they do offer 8 hour old hamburgers and hotdogs sitting in a "sports bar" if you want cheap and poor quality and are wanting to get drunk and throw up all over the resort " atleast one a day" come here.... carnival cruise line of RUI"

"We loved our stay at this RIU! Was our first time at their resorts. Super clean and cold room which was very nice to come back to after being in the sun all day. The staff were excellent and helpful whenever we needed assistance! Food was delicious, especially the Mexican restaurant."

"The staff is what saved this resort. Every single staff member is truly amazing. Resort needs a deep clean overall. Lots of broken tiles in pools. Beach chairs are filthy. On plus side. Views from ocean side rooms are beautiful. Rooms big. Variety in restaurant choices. Amazing staff. During my first week I stayed in a Riu resort and moved to Fiesta for my second. Payed more than at Riu for the week so I expected better or at least the same experience. I was disappointed. I will not go back or recommend this resort."

"A beautiful resort that is clean. Right on the ocean with a beautiful beach and an infinity pool that overlooks the ocean....stunning views. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they tolerated my butchery of the Spanish language. The only thing that we could think of to be improved was the bed was very firm. Too firm for our liking but that is a personal thing. We enjoyed the swim-up room and loved having our own almost private pool. We absolutely recommend staying here or, at the very least, considering it for your own vacation."

"it took 45min to sign in with only 4 groups in front of us. they let two groups skip us also. we did not get our bracelts when we signed in. it cost $6 for gym which was not mentioned anywhere and its a 90min limit. the first front desk lady was very rude. the food was not good anywhere on location. we know so because several othe rpeople complained and the google reviews say everything is rated in the mid to low 3 star while the restaurants outside are 4 stars."

"Only great things to say! We stayed for part of our trip of our honeymoon, and wish we could have stayed here longer. We had the king bed, with the swim up pool, and it was awesome. Big bathroom, spacious room, semi private pool/ patio area. The restaurants were awesome, Lia being our favorite! The menus were elevated and the drinks were good! Music at the main pool everyday, without being overwhelming. This isn’t your huge party hotel, but perfect for nice relaxing time, without getting bored! ALL the staff was helpful and always addressed us by name. Eduardo was our “host” & I can’t say enough good things about him. He helped with all reservations & sent daily activities hosted by the resort and made sure we were taken care of. I know they’re a newer hotel, but take the chance and see for yourself! We will absolutely be back!"
