「This hotel was a great find in Guruvayur. Not in the typical bustling east nada, but only a 5-8 min easy walk to the south nada. Not many people were staying here when we visited. The staff were very courteous. Loved the restaurant. Great breakfast spread. Worth your consideration for your next Guruvayur stay.」

「Friendly staff. Expedia and the hotel had some issues with the booking but the hotel staff accommodated our reservation and took care of our stay without any issues. Given a long drive to reach there and a couple of days worth of plans to visit the temple and surrounding, we could not afford to look for another accommodation because of a faulty software. Glad they were able to sort it out and take care of the guests. Thanks to the Krishna Inn front desk team.」

「Forgettable experience When check in from booking on-site Hotels.com , reception wouldn’t acknowledge the pdf with receipt and said we didn’t have the booking , after a long wait they said they have the booking Also complimentary breakfast wasn’t served inspire stated in the booking 」

「Place was clean and staff friendly. Only issue is the location. Not directly on any main road a short walk through a side road. 」

「The property is located conveniently near the east Nada. The rooms are dated but clean. The service quality is below par. The AC remote in our room wasn’t functional. Upon request they replaced one. We requested for water which they acknowledged but they never showed up. It is unlikely that we’ll return to this place, 」

「Casino Hotel Suites have a decent arrangement with a bed and dining table. The beds are very comfortable. The room's bathrooms are horrible . The ventilation within the bathrooms are not functional and so there is extensive mold growth all over the interior bathroom door. The bathroom smells musty from the mold. The hallway is also disgusting they shut the AC and so humidity and temperature spike within the hallway and there are numerous stains all along the hallway walls. On the positive side...

Nothing is indicated on the phone about how to contact reception. 2. We stayed there for 2 days. First day, we wanted to take shower, before we head to temple, there was not a single drop of hot water. Just intermittently coming few milliliters of hot water. This happened in the morning of 5th Feb around 5:45am...
