「I have stayed there for business the last 4 years and not one time have I had a complaint. I will continue to stay there every year. My television was not working and they responded quickly to get me one that was working. I also left a mirror and they mailed it to me. It isn't a "fancy" hotel but the friendliness and cleanliness all but makes up for any 5 star hotel. In my opinion it is 5 star!」

「No pool or hot tub. Mattress was VERY hard. Glad we brought our own pad. No clock in the room. Only handicap parking in front of our ground floor room. They should have held our room for handicap people. The building is very close to a major Interstate highway, and the noise was very noticeable in the room. Bring ear plugs. Other than those things, it was good. The breakfast was good.」
