I could sit in the lobby which was great and after talking to the reception at 08.00 my room was ready after 15 minutes which was very nice. Did not receive an email in advance with key code as advertised, but we found the location early and the cleaning staff happened to be there and kindly rang for us. Bathroom modern and comfortable beds. The only thing to improve would be better lighting in the kitchen and perhaps a settee - weather wasn't brilliant so would have added a bit of comfort. "
