Room was clean and towels were clean too! I got an upgrade to my room which was awesome. All the staff there (especially the girl who spoke multiple languages) were very nice and helpful. You can tell that they go extra miles to help your stay comfortable. Amenities (unlimited coffee and water machine) were great! I mean I got more than I paid for! Soundproof was good too! I didn’t hear a thing at night. Would definitely stay there again when I visit next year!

If you're visiting the National Palace Museum in Taipei be sure to make the short trip over to the Chiang Kai-Shek Shilin Residence.
