"We were arriving late so a quick call to arrange late check in was easy. We stayed 3 nights in total with a 4 day trip away in between nights which was made so easy by the owner to allow us the same chalet for each night. Easy walk to town and we did drive some nights. Very quiet and rooms very clean. Everything we needed including a hot spa and sauna . Thank you!"

"Room was clean, and staff were friendly. Outdoor spa seemed to be closed although there was one in the large shower/ combined bathtub in our room. The hotels.com booking app said there was a clothes washer/drier inside our room, but this was incorrect and falsely advertised. (There was a communal laundry for the building however.) Very dated decor and much like faulty towers the way things like the wall heaters and some PowerPoints didn’t work. No room service during our 2 night stay but plenty of towels, coffee and other supplies in our room. Seemed a high price for what we got."

"The bed was comfy, room was cozy, close to national park and restaurants. Hot tub area needs some attention. Chairs were worn and cushions moldy. No instructions on how to work hot tub. TV only has 13 channels. Otherwise perfect for 1 night."

"The staff are amazing. Especially to the owner. He helped us immensely. We had a car issue and he helped us and made us feel welcome. The owner went over and above and beyond to accommodate us. It’s not out of pity. You can tell he's just one of those people you rarely come across who are willing to help. Has a kind caring personality. Big shout-out to the owner. "

"Fabulous location. Our Google Maps took us way out of the way. You can drive to the hotel in 2 minutes from the Harappa visitor center. The waterfall hike leaves from there parking lot. Great views from restaurant aas well as from backpackers eating area. Staff is super nice."

"The room was near the road so it was loud all night. There was no one at the property and we needed to find a door video to find someone to tell us how to check in and check out. The room was clean but small and we ran out of bath tissue. Parking was not easy with limited parking near the room, which was a handicap space. I do not recommend this location. "
