"I'll start by saying that I'm not a comfortable complainer. I also don't like to leave generally negative reviews, but I can only speak as I find. I've spent a month touring Europe alone on my motorbike so I've spent a lot of time (and money) on various styles of hotels with varying price brackets. "We had a nice experience staying at this hotel. Our hotel room was huge - we were at the Gallery suites. Breakfast was good as well with wide variety of choices.Front desk were also helpful and respectful. I like the location of the hotel because it’s quiet and far from the busy city. Even though it’s not within the city of Luxembourg we preferred that. There is a close by grocery store in that hotel. And what I like the most, public transportation is free for everyone ( for residents and tourists a like ). "

"We booked this hotel as we were going to a gig at Luxexpo and it is right by the tram line. However, it worked really well for the rest of our trip as well. It is in a good location, being right by a tram stop so easy to get to anywhere. It is quiet, the room was comfy and breakfast was very good. The bar does some very nice cocktails. The staff were good and friendly. It is also easy to get to and from the airport. We would definitely stay here again. "

Spacious, well decorated and clean apartment

"Spacious, well decorated and clean apartment. Coffee and tea sachets provided (including coffee pods) provided and replenished each day. Also washing up cloths and dishwasher tablets. Comfortable 3-piece suite. Approx. 30 minute drive from Luxembourg city. There is also a bus service, but I don't know how frequent. There is plenty of off-road parking. The hotel is immediately next to a petrol station, but don't let this put you off. You don't notice it. And there is a well-stocked shop at the petrol station. Note that the hotel is in an isolated location, a couple of miles outside Helperknapp. Also it is in the canton (county) of Mersch, not the town of Mersch. And Helperknapp is also know as Tuntange. In short, trust your sat nav even if it appears to be taking you somewhere unexpected (possibly speaking from experince [laugh emoji])"
