"Ögleden sonraki erkek müdürü çok kaba ve itici idi. Sadece banyo havlusu veriliyor. Elbise dokaplarının içleri rezalet toz, yastık ların kılıfları olmasa kesinlikle başımızı koya mayız. Kahvaltı namına, tropikal meyve var, ne sebze, ve kaynamış yumurta nede peynir türleri yok. "

"The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious. The whole property was well maintained. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and ordered dinner at the restaurant each evening. We even participated in the karaoke night which was fun! Upon arrival in Burkina Faso, I was shocked that there was no such a hotel as advertised on booking site. The building was not in use.  I had to make other arrangements for my stay. I am therefore requesting a full refund of my paid reservation in the amount of 208,26 € Please...
