「Easy check in. Parking is available but it is not right outside your door. Situated in the Castello district which is central to walk around and see the city and it's long history. Room was clean and comfortable. Luca was very responsive. 」

「Beautiful classic decor with Smeg fridge and coffee machine etc but the coffee machine in the room cannot be used as no capsules provided. The tap in the room was noisy and the floor was dirty on the day we arrived. The hotel is along a narrow road and not easy to find parking nearby. Staff are nice bit not always at reception. Buffet breakfast is only continental - eggs are not available.」

「Booked VIP suite solely for the private sauna. It can only be operated via touchscreen mounted on the wall, which was not working properly. On a 3 day stay, maintenance and hotel staff members were in our room for two of those days trying to repair it, but ultimately were unsuccessful. We never used the sauna. Aside from that, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the property is very clean and beautiful. Without the sauna issue, I would definitely rate it 5 stars.」

「Bra läge, bara något kvarter ifrån centralstationen... Därefter ut genom porten och mängder av restauranger och barer runt hörnet... Rena, ljusa, snygga, luftiga, fräscha rum. Nyrenoverat badrum. AC på rummet som är tyst och avskärmat från trafik. 」

「Ideally placed for the shopping/restaurants. Small hotel and staff, very, very helpful, making excursion reservations and arranging cabs. Room was a little “quirky”, especially the shower behind the bed, not in the bathroom! Noticed that boutique hotels often have eccentricities😀. Everything very clean.」

「Location was great and easy to find. You're in the city centre and everything is walking distance. A/C was important to us and they had it in the bedroom and living room. The bed was super uncomfortable and would sink during the night which would be our only complaint. I think if the mattress was changed it would be 5 stars. We had a problem with the shower head, but they replaced it the day after and it was a great improvement not only for us but everyone booking after. Communication over...
