"This hotel just opened and we were excited to stay here. When we arrived, it looked to be <50% occupancy, so we were disappointed that we didn’t get a room with a river view. The room was well laid out and very clean. However, on our first night there, we were unable to sleep due to loud noise coming from the room above us. After two calls to the front desk to report what we could only surmise to be a noisy, unruly guest, or late night construction, we had to pack up our belongings and move to another room. There was no explanation or apology given. We were just handed key cards and directed to a room one floor below. We could still hear the faint noises. Needless to say, we slept in the next morning and missed breakfast outfit by almost 30 min. We went downstairs and they were unable to provide us coffee as the urns had been removed. Thankfully, there is a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts close by! This hotel has a lot of potential. Our first impression was ok, not great and not terrible. The location is great. There are several nice restaurants with them walking distance. We look forward to watching the area grow!"

"Absolutely loved our stay, as always! We put our “do not disturb” sign on our door the first night and when I exited my room the next morning a Staff member saw me and immediately asked if I was room 514. I said yes and she asked if I needed anything. So sweet and so above and beyond! The room was great, no complaints. This was our weekend getaway from life, children and all those stresses. It was perfect (again, as always). Even the lady checking me in was awesome. We chatted about the Outlets in Lee, Ma. and she gave us warm chocolate chip cookies. Assuming that’s protocol but was still awesome!! "
