「The rooms were not cleaned we had room 140 and 141. When we went to the desk to speak with someone there was no one around. I tried calling and simply got voicemail. There was no toilet paper, hair in the bathtub and a dirty towel in the bathroom. The other room was dirty and still had other peoples clothes in the room. I called this afternoon and the owner said he would not refund because they stayed all night. I said what else could they do no one was responding. I paid for the insurance...

「It seems the hot water and the cold water line of the shower in the room are switched for the shower. A yellow sticky paper note is placed under the shower, but I forgot to bring my glasses for the shower and so I had no hot water to shower.」

「I really like staying there, it is clean and has everything we need for a far price. The only thing I would recommend is to replace broken tiles , replace the grouting around the toilet and maybe update the rooms」
