A second message indicated "Help yourself to a complimentary beverage in your room upon your arrival - cereals and yogurts are available as well." "Small things that weren’t enough to dampen our stay included a bedside lamp that had no power source (but looked pretty) a TV remote that fresh batteries didn’t revive and a check in and housekeeping staff that weren’t happy with each other and let it show unprofessionally. Dinner was awesome 👍"
